Is online therapy right for me?
Online couples counselling is available too — you can join sessions together from home, anywhere in the UK. Find out more.
Online therapy works well for anxiety, stress and burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, low mood, personal growth and faith-informed counselling. It can be especially helpful for parents and carers, people living with chronic illness or disability, and anyone whose schedule makes travelling to appointments hard.
All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera. If you'd prefer to meet in person, face-to-face sessions in Bolton and Westhoughton are also available.
Try it first. The free 15-minute consultation is a good way to see how online sessions feel.
