Concessionary rates. I keep a small number of reduced-fee spaces for people who would struggle to afford the standard rate. If cost is what is stopping you, please just ask — the conversation is confidential and there is no need to explain yourself at length.
Paying. Payment is by bank transfer before or on the day of your session. You will get an invoice if you need one.
Employee Assistance Programmes. I am an EAP Associate Counsellor. If your employer offers an EAP, your sessions may be covered — tell me the name of your provider and I will confirm.
Cancellations. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.
